helpful staff polite staff convenient computer dusty room unstable bed frame missing carpet
the staff was helpful and polite. they answered all my questions with patience. the hotel accommodated a late check-in because of a road closure. the lobby had a computer available , a useful resource.
the room smelled dusty , which was not great. the bed frame felt unstable , it moved when i shifted. there were no carpets , so the room felt less cozy.

The location was convenient. It was close to the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room came with a shared balcony (i was grateful for that).
The pillows were not comfortable. They were lumpy. There were no usb points in the room, which i found inconvenient. The wifi signal was weak (this was a major downside).

The staff was friendly and efficient. i got help with my luggage immediately. the location is perfect and central. breakfast had so many options. I loved it.
The elevator felt a little old. It made a small jerk at each floor.

The location proved excellent. I found that i could easily walk to many key areas. i also appreciated the convenient indoor parking, a notable asset given the area's activity. the breakfast offered a great selection, and i was always satisfied. the staff members displayed cute attitudes, and i encountered helpful service throughout my visit.
i did observe that the elevator seemed a bit dated, showing some wear. the doors closed rather quickly, and it.

great deck room upgrade
this stay included upgrade to room. this room had great deck with super view of auigilla du midi cable run. glaciers sat below mont blanc.
wifi was really bad for four days. hard to tell if problems were in hotel or network wider. lacking hooks in bathroom for towels.
